Mike Gallow

Vice President of Operations

Mike is vice president of Operations at Voce Communications, responsible for a variety of job functions that enable the firm to continue growing and breaking new ground in its service offerings. A Vocian since 2001, Mike has been instrumental in not only the revenue and headcount growth of the company but also as a dedicated and constant caretaker of Voce’s culture and business vision.

Throughout Mike’s career he’s be involved in all aspects of governing business, including accounting, finance, human resources (HR) and information technology (IT).  He’s put this all together at Voce to lead the Operations team in its day-to-day functions, as well as the long term strategies needed for revenue growth, expense management, and employee retention.

In his free time, Mike volunteers his time coaching Pony baseball during the spring and summer months.
