Introducing Voce’s Platform Services
Following up on yesterday’s announcement, I want to take some time to introduce what is now Platforms Services within Voce (formerly the development team at cnp_studio). Today, I’ll start with our approach and samples of work and expect to hear more in coming weeks with regards to members of the team, services and specific case studies.
Our philosophy has always been to build enjoyable user experiences on great platforms.
In the early years, this meant building custom web applications to simplify the content publishing process. In recent years, content publishing platforms such as WordPress have allowed our team the ability to use the platform as a core set of tools and focus on key customizations of these platforms for our clients.
This approach led to projects that varied highly in audience and message. Audiences varied from internal (intranets), to media (microsites and pressrooms), to subscribers (online magazines), customers and enthusiasts (blogs and websites).
The common theme throughout our projects is that they allow our clients to engage quickly and effectively on sites that people want to use.
